In the models with boot, an open finger boot, which is assembled to the apparatus, with puller and laces is used. The boot that finger part can be opened completely, provides availability to watch if childs foot fits precisely to the boot. The puller band is joint before boot is laced up and prevents foot to slip out the boot. The apparatus is made of aluminium as two separate rail pieces that one slides on another. Gear systems jointed to the ends of the pieces provide inside or outside rotation. Gear mechanization in the heel, jointed by screws and nails, makes it possible to assamble the shoe to the device with a required angle. Two models of the device, long and short one, are available. Boots are produced between 14 and 25 numbers.

Indication: Used on dislocated hip by doctor recommendation.
