The apparatus is made of aluminium as two separate rail pieces that one slides on another. Gear systems jointed to the ends of the pieces provide inside or outside rotation. Gear mechanization in the heel, jointed by screws and nails, makes it possible to assamble the shoe to the device with a required angle. Two models of the device, long and short one, are available.

Indication: Used on dislocated hip by doctor recommendation.
